Christian Life Assembly is a local expression of the church - the collection of churches across time that follow Jesus Christ. Our heritage is the faithful example of Christian churches over the last 2000 years. Our future is to pursue the mission of introducing people to a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. 

While Christ-followers (and denominations) have the freedom to disagree on secondary issues, we've chosen to focus on the primary elements of the Christian faith. These elements - our most important beliefs - provide common ground for Christ-followers of many backgrounds and highlight the core of the Christian faith for new Christ-followers.

PROCESS

Anything of significance takes time to develop. We choose to honor people where they are today and encourage each person to make progress on his or her spiritual journey.

GROWING DEVOTION TO JESUS CHRIST

Jesus Christ transforms us over time. As we know Christ more and choose to obey His teaching, our heart, mind, and actions become more like His. 

UNCHURCHED PEOPLE

Since people outside a relationship with Jesus Christ matter to God, we are relentlessly outward focused. 

INTENTIONALITY

Everything we do has a purpose. We design every environment with the participants in mind. 

AUTHENTICITY

We're totally honest about who we are - the good, the bad, and the ugly.

SIMPLICITY

We focus for effectiveness and keep the message of Christ uncomplicated. Less is more. 

RELATIONSHIPS

We're created to know and be known by others. We encourage and challenge everyone to make spiritual progress as we do life with others. 

Our mission guides everything we do and our core values shape how we function. As a church family, we're very clear about our primary purpose which is to LOVE GOD, LOVE PEOPLE, and LOVE PEOPLE TO GOD. That's it - that's what we're all about. We consistently strive to live out the mission as individuals and as a church family. 

GOD

There is one true God, who eternally exists in three persons - Father, Son, Holy Spirit - each of whom equally possess the fullness of God. God is the creator and sustainer of all life and is active in our world. 

JESUS CHRIST

Jesus is the Son of God - the physical expression of God on earth. He was born of a virgin, lived a perfect life, and voluntarily died on the cross for the forgiveness of our sins. He came back to life three days later, and now sits beside the Father as the only mediator between us and God. He will physically and visibly return to earth someday to complete God's eternal plan. 

FORGIVENESS THROUGH JESUS

Humanity was created to be in relationship with God. Unfortunately, we chose to disobey Him, which has separated us from God. All people born since suffer this same separation. Christ's death on the cross provides forgiveness to those who would receive it. Salvation is fully an act of God's grace. Only by trusting Christ can we be forgiven. 

THE CHURCH

There is one universal church that consists of all people who have placed their trust in Jesus Christ. Whenever Christ-followers come together regularly for teaching and encouragement, that is an expression of the local church. The mission of the church is to introduce people to Jesus Christ, encourage all people to grow spiritually, and to honor God in every area of life. 

THE BIBLE

The Bible is the written record of God's revelation of Himself to humankind, communicating God's story in the past, present, and future. It is our compass for living, and our only reliable authority on matters of faith and life. 

We value the BIBLE AS GOD’S WORD…so we teach it as such.

We value REACHING PEOPLE…so we are outwardly focused.

We value SPIRITUAL GROWTH…so we teach faith and action towards God.

We value WORSHIP…so we praise the Lord.

We value the THE HOLY SPIRIT...so we embrace the spirit working in us, through us, and for us.

We value CONNECTION…so we unite to God, the Church, and Others and work together as one team.

We value GENEROSITY…so we will give of our time, talent, and treasure to transform the world with the Love of God.
